Customer Question

ave recently purchased a new Apil 7 IPhone as well as a new Apil IPad mini and I have been unable to recall my Apil ID in order to completely make these items operational. I would appreciate your assistance.
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: My Apil Iphone 7, has none of the operating systems. ***** *****
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Why install any updates to a new Apil IPhone I had just purchased, there is no logic to doing this, as far as I know. I'm trying to know what my Apil I.D. is, can you please assist me with this problem? Thankyou ***** *****
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Excuse me, you did not read my recent typed message, whereas I had said that I had just purchased a new Apple IPhone as well as a new Apple iPad Mini, there is no logic to trying to trouble shoot the problem of having been unable to recall what my Apple I.D. Is. This is a simple typed message for you to read and to understand!
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: NO, I'm sorry, you have not understood what I have asked for you to tell me. I need to know what my Apple I.D. is in order to operate the new items I have recently purchased!

Hi and Welcome. My Name is ***** ***** I look forward to assisting you today with your question.

Is this the first time you are owning Apple products ?

Expert:  Ashik replied 6 months ago.

Apple ID/iCloud ID would be your email address you registered with your device.

If you have never created an Apple ID before, then create one from here -->

If you already have an account and don't remember your Apple ID, then you can find it from

here -->!&section=appleid

If you don't remember the password, then you have to reset the password. You can reset it from here (go to this website from your computer) -->

Go to the above website. Choose " I want to reset password", then use the "Get an Email" method to reset the Apple ID. Apple will send the reset instructions to the recovery email you setup with your Apple ID. It would be your email registered with Apple, like Gmail, Yahoo etc. Open your email and you will see the email from Apple. Open it and follow the instructions to reset the password.

If that didn't work, then go to this site again -->

This time use the "Answer Security Questions" and answer the security questions there to reset your password.

If you have any questions or would like any additional information, please don't hesitate to ask.
