We are trying to download our order of "Our Revolution"
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: Version 10.8.5
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: This is an older computer. For instance, the newer version of Adobe won't download. Also, about a month ago I downloaded a Norton update and I get requests to do another Norton download. Is this OK?
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: We disconnected our router and modem several times and want to try to download the book again.
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Our computer is slow and seems to hang up occasionally.
