Caldav keeps popping up on my iPhone and iPad asking for my password. I cannot remember it, please help me.
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: The only time was the time I set it up.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: only what the iPad and iPhone ask
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I cannot find anything that resembles a home page so I haven't tried anything. I am an older? user and unsure of how to go about it.
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?

it is looking for the password ***** the email account that you set up to share calendars

do you know what email account that might be and what the password ***** ?

if so try that

if you remember the email but not the password ***** can go to the webpage for that email and hit lost password

if nothing else you can go into settings / mail /

and delete the mail acount that isnt working so it will stop throwing up the message.
