my iMac stopped recognizing my mouse
JA: How much experience do you have with this particular machine?
Customer: lots, I was just using it
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: the software is up to date. The mouse was working one minute and not the next. I then bought a new mouse thinking that was the problem. Same issue with the new mouse.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: restarting the computer. Bought a new mouse. That is about all i can do without a working mouse :/
