frozen iPhone 6S, black screen, can't turn it off to re set, suri talked twice?
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: I have not done the last upgrade......
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I tried to turn it off but pushing down the button doesn't do anything.
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Suri has said a few things even while the screen is black?

Try pressing the top button and home button down together, continue to hold until the iPhone shuts off and the Apple logo appears.

When it does let go and wait for it to boot up.
