I'm locked out of my new iPhone and I forgot my passcode its new and not backed up to anything
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: I don't know
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: i just added all my new contacts because my old phone broke
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: i tried all the internet suggestions. When I get the the part where i wait to have it tell me to restore, it never comes
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
