JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: sprint somehow i got locked out of my phone
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: nope
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: i took it to the apple store and they wanted a reciept to the phone
