my I pad was up dating the IOS 10 but didn't complete & now all I have is a black screen with a I Tunes Logo & the charger cord on the screen & it will not do any thing else Is there anything I can do to fix it It is a brand new I pad
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: It was up dating to IOS 10
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: As I said thr I Pad is brand new & that was the first update. I really didn't think it needed it.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Nothing as it is stlil under warranty

Did you try plugging in your iPad to your computer and opening iTunes?

The iTunes logo screen means that you need to connect it to a computer and open iTunes.
