I cannot seem to change the City within my Modular type

Customer Question

I cannot seem to change the City within my Modular type watch face.
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: I do not know
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No, My son purchased this watch some time ago and has now given it to me.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have tried firmly pressing the face and can see a bright line box appear around the screen data, but I cannot get it to change the city, and now by accident the Whole Screen is for Santa Clara CA.
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: My son established a "Calorie burn goal" of ?396. I would like to know how to check that and possibly change that number some time.

You can do this from the watch app on your iOS device. Apple calls them "complications". Here is a page that shows ou how to do it along with screenshots.
