Can not access my email. Upgraded to a new iPhone and kapow. No more access. One little problem...I can't remember my password.
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: Sorry. Don't know that either. I usually have young nieces and nephews around to help but right now this ole gal is on her own. I hope you can help me.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: iPad or desktop imac
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Clicked on "forgot password" and tried to sign in but used up three attempts to do so. Each one stated that it was invalid. I've also answered two security questions which I know are correct answers, but that failed too.
