Had trouble sending and receiving texts x2 days. Powered the IPhone 3g to off and now it will not let me reactivate the phone. Does not accept my Apple password. Need to reset?
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: do not remember.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: yes 4 a few days ago
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Called verizon and Apple but lost the call to apple.
