I want to transport my videos and pics from my ipad to my mac. I have everything hooked up properly- tapped trust this computer. Nothing pops up on my mac
JA: How much experience do you have with this particular machine?
Customer: very little but when I transfer stuff from my iphone, it all pops up.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: To the mac- no
