I recently bought an Ipad Mini and started to set it up. Now it won't accept my password ***** it does not give me the opportunity to reset it.
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: It won't give me the opportunity to set it up, I originally logged on a couple of weeks ago, but not being familiar with Apple products, I took it to a friends place, which is when I found out I could not get on it again.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No. I've only been on it once.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: None, because I can't log on.
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
