JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: on 12/16/16 is the date
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I was in a Verizon store attempting to upgrade my 4 phone. I tried both the new password ***** the prior . Neither works
