JA: What's the model and Operating System (OS) of your device?
Customer: imac on Sierra 10.12.1
JA: When did you purchase your iMac? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Bought it a few years ago. Have tried to set u a blank keychain per one user forum but that did nothing. Various other things but not having any luck
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I keep getting another (probably related)error that says my Mac needs to fix something in my library and to sign in as an admin, but I am signed in as the admin and it is not working

I am not sure what option you have chosen to pay, but there are two types per question and subscription, and then if you want remote service, its $39. ($39 is when you send me the request from your screen). I have the answer and the solution to your issue, and it can be fixed but before we continue do you want to clear the billing questions with billing first?
