I mistakenly clicked on to log out from my Facebook page and I cannot get back to it. I tried by putting in what I have written down as my password ***** it didn't take it. I then tried to get another password. I was given some numbers. I put them in and it asked for I think my telephone number but I didn't know where to put it. I don't know where to turn. I have heard bad reviews about going to places like Walmart, Best Buy etc. I need to talk with someone who can walk me through the process. I am 78 years old and am not familiar with the technical language. I find answers today not specific and confusing. Please help me.
