JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: Have no idea. I always update and they are updated on my ipad
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: When ever the last update showed I don't remember when that was
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Nothing I have no idea how
