My Ipad decided it required activation but every time I try it tells me try again
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: My I pad is on IOS 10.1.1
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No Nothing only looking at facebook this evening. I put t down and when I reopened it it required activation
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Nothing as it will only look for activation. I have done the turn off and on again trick but to no benifit
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: no just how to get my ipad working please

Besides your ipad, do you have a mac or a windows PC ?
