Helli Mike I have an apple mini that was not able to turn on the wifi. So I follow instruction to reset or reinstall ipad software but no sucess no just tuurns on say connect to Itunes via USB. I have a Window cista with the latest Itunes installed
JA: How much experience do you have with this particular machine?
Customer: I think I can manage most I am MCSE with Many year working in the tech field
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No was not able no wifi this was my last attemp to reimstall iPad_64bit_10.1.1_14B150_Restore
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Just updating and reinstallin fireware

Okay, I am not sure what type of file that you downloaded but it is not necessary for this process.

Within iTunes, you sent me a screenshot that showed Restore or Update -- What happens when you select either option?

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time. Don't release when you see the Apple logo. Keep holding both buttons until you see the recovery mode screen.
