Customer: replied 10 months ago.

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Are you still there? It is requesting a pass code
Expert:  Cody replied 10 months ago.

If you don't know the passcode the phone will have to be erased.

Go here https://www.icloud.com/find login with appled ID
Click Erase [device] to erase your device and its passcode.

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Does that erase everything?
Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Everything in my cloud?
Expert:  Cody replied 10 months ago.

everything on the phone, then you can restore the phone from a cloud backup.

Expert:  Cody replied 10 months ago.

It only erases everything on the phone.

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
This is just plain stupid how did this get on my phone in the first place and why is it you seem to have to get a new code everytime?
Expert:  Cody replied 10 months ago.

by default it prompts you to set a code the very first time you setup the phone, but you can turn it off/on through settings

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
This isn't helping at all I set a code now everytime I get on it ask for a code and it is never the right one, thank you for your time
Expert:  Cody replied 10 months ago.

did you get logged into your icloud account to erase it?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
I am logged into my Cloud account, I don't want to erase everything in it
Expert:  Cody replied 10 months ago.

there is no other way around it if you don't have the correct passcode

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Then how can I get a new pass code. Like I've said before everytime I try to get into this it says the pass code is invalid
Expert:  Cody replied 10 months ago.

You have to erase the iphone, there is no way to change it unless you know what it is.

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Thank you for your time. I'm finished
