How do I excess my photos on icloud?
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: on my iphone 10
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: just the 10 update about 2 weeks ago
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: i Have Not
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I have icloud storage for all my devices, my phone, my wife's phone, my 2 children and 2 ipads. I would like to separate our info, photos and contact into separate icloud account so all our info is not merged. How do I do that?

You just need to sign in with a different Apple ID on all those devices, you may want to turn on Family Sharing see here:
