JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: wont let me restore my iphone 4s
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: yes two days ago
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: it firstt started off as it wont let me turn on wifi so i called apple and told me what to do so i did and know my computer wont let me restore my phone
