I had my battery replaced yesterday and when I got home it keeps asking for my password ***** fladamer and my Apple ID is***@******.***
JA: When did you last reset your Apple ID or password?
Customer: I didn't but when she asked where to sent my recept for the battery I said to send to fladamer because I don't use my [email protected] email anymore and when I got home they wanted a password ********@******.*** and I don't have a password ***** that
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: my iPhone and my iPad were the same but now my iPad is wrong
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have tried everything and my niece has tried to help me

I think that recovering the password ***** an account could perhaps be done.

If you haven't already, try this:

go to

and click on the link lower down on that page that says

Reset it

and follow the process through, slowly and carefully.

You might want to do this on a computer, rather than on your iPad. But that's up to you, as to whether you can and whether you'd like to follow that suggestion.
