Hi Mike, My name is***** we upgaded our phones from 5c to 6s plus. I got locked out of my phone because I forgot my password. our phones are not working properly.We changed servers from Verizon to Sprint, and they have pretty much been going out of thier way to assist us with this problem. We live in a dead zone. Our phones our in my husbands name, Fred Elliott phone #***-***-****,mine is Louisa Elliott my phone #***-***-****.We never got all our stuff from the old phones to our new phones. iTunes does not recognize our new phones??? help

Customer: sorry pearl, I miss read my tech
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I am not proficient, only what Sprint has had me do, I have their booster.(airave 2.5) service is better, but still bad. My address is 3600 N. Macrina Dr, Floernce Az 85132
