JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: I don't know. Maybe when I received it several years ago. I may have reset my password ***** one time. Who knows.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: All except the one yesterday saying a new iso(?). I asked it to remind me later.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: As I can't get into the thing, all I've tried is going back with my e-mail and password.
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: no, I'm ready to quit this technology stuff

To pay you more money and join up for a service. All I want is help. If the $5 isn't going to do it, return my money.
