Customer: osx. Up to date .
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Yes the very latest.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have tried using the various suggested connections given when they say i have no internet connection.
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?

How about this; can you plug the problem wireless computer into the router or modem with a cable and allow me to run a secure remote assistance session on the computer so I can setup the wireless connection?
