I can not send or receive e-mails on my iPad or iPhone
7 since updating my software to IOS 10.1.1. I have contacted Comcast & modem & services are working fine. I deleted my e-mail account on my iPad & attempted to add it back w/no luck.

Customer: I contacted Comcast & just spoke to someone at apple support who was no help
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Yes, IOS 10.1.1
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Contacted Comcast, tried numerous times to add back account on iPad & retyped my password ***** my phone
