has been stuck for three days now. I was downloading an update and the screen froze with a message to plug into iTunes. it does not respond at all...
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: I am so not technical, I have an iPhone 6s if that helps at all...
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I was out of country when the phone attempted to make its latest update... that was Wednesday evening and it crashed my phone.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have gone on line and tried to reboot the phone by pressing the two buttons to reboot as well I have connected to iTunes as the web instructed and the phone simply does not respond.
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
