Hi there and welcome

There are only two causes for this issue, either a hardware fault or the firmware.

The only way to know is a full reset of the watch.

This will remove all data and return the watch to new, but you cannot avoid this sorry

To do the reset

  1. Launch the Settings app on your Apple Watch.
  2. Tap on General.
  3. Tap on Reset.
  4. Tap on Erase All Content and Settings.
  5. Type in your passcode (if required).
  6. Tap on Continue to confirm the reset.

Once done, set it up again and tell me how it now looks please.
