Hi, I have received an invoice for an item which I did not purchase. What should I do?
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: I have I tunes on my PC.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Not that I can think of. I have not updated Itunes for example.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Contacting you is the only step I have taken so far.
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
