JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: apple version 10.1.1
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Wasn't 10.1.1 the last update?
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: None we can't get in to trouble shoot. we are locked out.

Customer: it asks for a pass code, but to our knowledge we never but any in
