Safari can't establish a secure connection to Southwest Airlines. I've tried all the advice listed in Safari help. Nothing worked.
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: Hmmm, I'd have to check. It's old.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Yes.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Resetting Safari, typing /index.html after southwest, looking to see if I have any proxies (I don't).
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I'd like to know if this is a free service. The popup blocks my view of the info that explains how this works
