Customer Question

I have a club MacBook with Indesign CS6 that has reached the end of it's life. I am upgrading to the full CC package on my personal iMac but I'm concerned about some old designers the send me PageMaker files. Can I open in CC? If not, how would I obtain a copy of CS6 again? Registration codes are not in my possession. I do have a personal adobe account and password
JA: Have you contacted anyone about your account?
Customer: Just you!
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Yes. CC Muse and CC Photography package are currently updated. I am changing my plan over to the full CC package this month.
JA: Anything else you want the software expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Not really.... I am worried about accessing the old PageMaker files!
