into my IPad it telling me I don't have right access code or password. I have used the same one for years
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: never that I can rember
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: i moved from fl. to ohio
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: simple things but it wont let put a new one in

Can you please hold the home and power buttons on the iPad for about 10 seconds until you see the apple logo then release.

Then tell me if you can sign into the iPad please.
