JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: Today. Mu apple computer was upgraded to Sierra operating system
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Geek Squad installed Sierra yesterday and I got. computer back today
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have checked all c connections and I have just lost the modem password

Do you have a laptop / wireless computer that is currently connected via wireless? If so, does it have Windows xp, vista, or 7, 8, 10, or Mac?
