I hit the button to upgrade my iphone. It ask for the Apple ID and password ***** were used to set up the Iphone. what I have does not match.
JA: When did you last reset your Apple ID or password?
Customer: not sure
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Yesterday
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: ive tried the passwords and iclouds that I have.
