Hello! My name is*****I am a certified computer professional who will assist you.
To confirm, you see a message on your iPad telling you your Apple ID is disabled, or something else happened?
Let me know,
OK, do you only have iPad or have a computer as well?
Sorry, I cannot connect to iPad, only to a computer.
Let's continue to use this chat since I may not need to remotely connect in order to solve the problem.
May I know if you have already reset your Apple ID password ***** you first saw the "Account Disabled" message?
I can guide you. Please type your Apple ID here.
Apple ID comes in a form of e-mail address.
Thanks! I can request password ***** instruction to be sent to the same e-mail address -***@******.***
Can you access that e-mail account and read new e-mails?
Please check for new e-mails on your GMail account for password ***** instructions since I just sent them.
Once you have reset the password, you need to sign out of your Apple ID on your iPad and sign back in using a new password. To do that, follow these instructions:
1. On the home screen, tap on Settings2. Tap on iTunes & App Store3. Tap on your current Apple ID shown at the top4. Tap on Sign Out in the popup menu that appears5. You can now sign back in using the same account, but make sure you use a new password
6. When signed in, check if you can use your Apple ID
Let me know the results.
Hello again! I apologize for the delay in response. I had to step away from the computer.
If you have reset the password, and the iPad won't take it, please restart your iPad and then try again. You can also test the password ***** your computer in iTunes. Another way would be to open a web browser and visit this link:
There sign in to your Apple ID using a new password.
Let me know if you were able to sign in.
