I'm trying to watch a movie through Apple TV and it is now

Customer Question

Hi David, I'm trying to watch a movie through Apple TV and it is now asking for my password. I've entered my correct password ***** times and it keeps asking for my password. I've checked my iTunes account and everything is up to date including my CC. What to do?
JA: Have you contacted anyone about your account?
Customer: Not with Apple no
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: What should I check for?
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I've checked that my DSN setting is on automatic. I've made sure my address has "Street" in it. I've checked my CC information.
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Is there a fee to this service?
JA: You just pay a $5 deposit now and the rest only when you get a reply from the Mac technician. All of this is 100% satisfaction guaranteed, so you can get a refund if you're not happy for any reason.
Customer: What is the "rest?"

Have you tried restarting the Apple TV?

Unplug it from power rather than doing it from the menu. Let me know
