Customer Question

Hi there, when turning on my Macbook Pro the "Bluetooth Setup Assistant" appears looking for a keyboard. I am not using, nor do I intend to use, a Bluetooth keyboard. The cursor is frozen and I cannot cancel the "assistant". How can I clear this screen and begin using my device? Please help. Thank you. :)
JA: Soon. I'm trying to find the right Mac technician for you right now. As soon as they are ready, I will let you know. Just to clarify, how old is your MacBook Pro and what operating system are you running?
Customer: Early 2015, 13 inch retina. I do not know the operating system and I cannot check as the device is frozen.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Not as far as I'm aware.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Turning the device off by holding the power key and then turning it back on.
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No.
