JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?

JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: The last I delayed it
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have ITune jumping and the finder doesn't react no click nothing can't close or open anything

Actually It works It was because my track pack who were stuck on an action and the Mac didn't react to clicks of any kind.
