JA: Have you tried having password ***** directions emailed to you?
Customer: this is for all sites
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: my mac ran microsoft au daemon today and its happened since google says it's part of auto update but id not seen the message before
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: just trued looking at keychain access but not done anythin
