I have an Apple I6 cell phone and this morning I am unable to send or receive calls. Obviously I have inadvertently screwed up the setting can you guide me through. I am basically illeterate on computers so precice instructions are important.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: AS I said I am computer illiterate where do I find that information?
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Not knowingly
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Going into settings and trying to find a description that might help. But as of now no luck
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I do not know

Can you please hold the home and power buttons for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple Logo then release.
