My ipad is locked up and normal restart proceedures havent solved the problem
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: My computer is using windows 7
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Its on automatic update
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Tried holding the on/off and sleep button till the apple icon comes on then the sleep button but the screen wont respond to the security code
