I recently brought I IPOD touch from Amazon. I am now trying to set it up. But i cant it is requesting the old owners apple ID to which I have no way of getting. What can I do to get this Touch to accept my ID?

I am sorry to be the bringer of bad news, but there is absolutely nothing that you can do to fix this. I have dealt with this problem scores of times. The device is locked by the previous owner's Apple ID. It is a security feature that is built into the iPod Touch. The only way that you can get passed that screen is if you log in with the other person's Apple ID. In short, you will need to contact the seller on Amazon and request the log information or request a replacement/refund.

Please, keep in mind that I am only the delivery guy as far as the information goes. Believe me, if there was a way around this, I would give it to you and I would use it on the 10 or 15 Apple devices that I have in my junk box.
