wow! how amazing this service is!!! I am not get used to write in english sorry but I am using external mic to record my beatbox, my mic is Floureon bm 800
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: I can check it on settings right?
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No, recently I havnt Should I install it before come here?
