Customer Question

Trouble installing QuarkXpress 2015 on my 2011 Mac. It was on another computer that died and I have no access. It came from Easy, snd I do not have a disc. What do I do?
JA: How much experience do you have with this particular machine?
Customer: It is 17" and I just purchased it because of the 17" screen. Not a lot
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No. How do I do it? Can you log in remotely for assistance?
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Not that I can think of.

To start with, I need to know the version of mac osx you have on your machine, you can check as follows.

Click the apple sign at the top left of your screen, then click about this mac. And then where it says version, send that to me as a reply.

Also, do you have any record or the quark product key stored anywhere?

Or a receipt of purchase?
