Hello. I would be delighted to assist you.

Can you tell me what specific issues you are having with your iPhoto software? That will help immeasurably with diagnosis.

Thank you for your assistance and cooperation.

Hi, I'm making a slideshow for my boss on iPhoto and a MAC laptop.
After all this work, can we play the slideshow on any other device or software?
Also, don't send me a text, I provided my office number. Thanks
Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Also, is there any flexibility with iPhoto? Can I change the font on the slide show
Expert:  Bruce Wilner replied 10 months ago.

I understand you provided a #, but we're not allowed to call unless you arranged specifically for a site call. Site rules . . .

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
This is bogus and worthless and I want a refund. What a colossal waste of my time.
Expert:  Bruce Wilner replied 10 months ago.

No, this is not bogus at all. If you are unable to state what issues you are having with your software, it is impossible for us to diagnose and resolve it! We can't help you if you don't meet us halfway by actually describing the problem. Thank you for your anticipated cooperative efforts.
