i have a pretty old macbook and i am trying to update the software to the latest one but i get an error messege
JA: Just to clarify, how old is your MacBook and what operating system are you running?
Customer: iam to very tech savy so how can i check on my computer for that information
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no i have not, i bought this computer used a couple years ago and i havent done anything to it
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: i havent tryed anything yet
