Customer Question

I have an iPad about three years old. It has been losing battery strength for the last four weeks and this afternoon while I was working on it, the screen suddenly went black even though I had about 20% battery. I tried to restart it by plugging it into power and then pressed the button on the right and the one in top left corner at the same time. A white Apple on a black background came out for a few seconds and then black. Tried again and I got an iTunes icon and statement to go to apple support. Can you help?

Unfortunately, Apple Ipad batteries are not somethign that can be changed out by the end user (you)

The iPad has to be opened to replace the battery, and that will always cost money to do.

Just how Apple iPad's are.

Now, when the battery starts to can have may wierd thinggs happen.
