Want to burn a DVD of home videos created in iMovie. kDVD fails during the burning process with "there was an error during movie encoding".
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: El Capitan
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no. I have 10.11.6
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: none, bu the entire process is so confusing that its hard to troubleshoot.
